Winter 2024 Personal Development Classes

We are happy to be offering six classes this session.
Sessions cost $10.
We designed these classes specifically for individuals with developmental disabilities. These classes are offered to individuals who receive funding from Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD).
We use pictures, videos, audio recordings, and materials written in plain language.
You can expect a fun and positive atmosphere. We plan activities such as brainstorming sessions, movement and stretching, puzzles, games, worksheets, and more!

Emotional Regulation (via TEAMS)
- Mondays 10:00 am – 11:30 am

Cyber Safety
- Tuesdays 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm

Sex Education and Healthy Relationships
- Wednesdays 10:00 am – 11:30 am

Dollars and Cents for Beginners

Nutrition (Via Teams)

Building, Understanding, and Developing Social Skills (BUDS)

Interviews to be held virtually via Teams the weeks of January 22, 2024 & January 29, 2024
If you are interested in attending a class, you must first attend a virtual interview to assess compatibility with the theme and the other participants. You will be contacted for an interview prior to the start date. We will assess your knowledge and skill levels based on class requirements.
